Welcome on arrival by Oranta Holidays Representative at Colombo Airport…. then travel to your hotel in Kandy, visiting Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawala and the Zoological garden. Settle in to your hotel in Kandy by afternoon and relax. Later proceed to visit City of Kandy. You may visit tooth relic temple in Kandy (optional) which is a UNESCO world heritage site. After breakfast at hotel travel to Nuwara eliya, en route visiting a tea factory/garden, Sri Bhaktha hanuman temple and Ramboda water fall. Later, settle in to your hotel, relax and by evening city tour in Nuwara eliya including a visit to Sita Amman temple in Seetha eliya. The many hatcheries that are operated locally provide a safe haven for these sea turtles. You may visit these hatcheries to have a look at many huge tanks filled with new born turtles who once grown, are released to the sea.
