PAN card copies are required in case of cash payments of INR 50,000 or above per booking.
In case you reserve your booking by paying INR 5,000 (domestic) and INR 10,000 (international), the same will be non-refundable, in case you do not pay the remaining amount or cancel your holiday.
Final vouchers can only be issued once Travelxploria.com has received full payment.
The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received in less than 15 days prior to departure.
For Air Tickets issued / blocked within the time limit: Full INR component to be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.
The customer hereby agrees that customized package is as per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category and type of service shall be entertained by Travelxploria.com.
The booking of the final combined package shall be subject to availability.
Final price is as per inclusions selected by the customers. In case, the customer has changed any component, the same will be updated in price. Customers’ final confirmation will have exact components which were selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
Final price of the same package combination may vary from time to time and shall not be fixed. Any claims on the package price shall not be entertained.
Service taxes are added as per government rules in the final price before the final payment.
The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions.
The prices shown in the beginning is per person and is considered to be sharing a room. i.e. INR 30,000 per person means 2 adults going together and sharing the same room for an entire trip, hence the total cost will be 30,000*2 + service taxes as per government rules.
The package offers flexible payment rules depending upon the advance purchase period or the inclusions. However, at times because of dynamic airline prices or peak season, we may ask you to furnish a higher amount before we start issuing the final vouchers.
The prices displayed have been calculated as per the rate prevailing at the time of product development. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange and/or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid in full before the departure by the client. Any Visa cost fluctuations will have to be borne by the passenger.

All tour vouchers including hotels, transportation, tours, tickets etc. will be provided to the client one day prior to the tour. Suppose if your tour will commence from 24th of December then we will provide voucher on 23rd of December.
Flight tickets will be provide to the client after making the full payment towards the tickets.
Please note, if payment for flight or tour is made after working hours (after 7 pm) or in holidays then the booking will be done in next working day and the price will be applicable as on the booking date and time.
If client demands vouchers other than flight tickets in advance then that will be provided to the client with the revised cancellation policy as dictated by the third party supplier or end service provider (hotels, car operators etc.). Cancellation fees may also apply for any additional services, including extra night accommodations, independent services provided by Travelxploria.com and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour.
For any cancellations in flight bookings, Travelxploria.com will follow the respective flight terms and conditions. Similarly, for any cancellations in the Holiday package bookings, Travelxploria.com will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.
In the event that
the tour is cancelled by our local associate, cancellation if any
will be applicable as per the discretion of our local associate. In
the event, if the passenger misses a pre-booked SIC or private tour,
no refund will be applicable and rescheduling may not be possible.
Any additional cost of rescheduling, if possible, will need to be

cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the foregoing
reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without
assigning any reason. In such an event, all monies paid by you will
be fully refunded forthwith in Indian currency (Rupees) only, but no
compensation will be payable. In case of Cruise cancellations, 100%
of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited, irrespective of time of
cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any
additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or
cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through
reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit, in case of any
cancellations. However, passengers whose visas are not granted by the
consulates must intimate us at least 45 days in advance of the date
of commencement/departure of the tour, at which time the company will
deduct INR 4,000/- per person towards Guidance Charges over &

balance amount. However if such intimation is received after the said
period of 45 days prior to the date of commencement/ departure of the

The following cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of the reason for cancellation. Do understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the damages that we will suffer on account of cancellation, and that these damages are called ‘liquidated damages’ in legal language, which are payable without proof of actual damages.
