When you finish exploring the Great Pyramids our next stop is a visit to the Sphinx monument; guarding the royal burial chambers and temple of Cheops. It is a mythical statue with the body of a lion & human head. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramid of Chephren. (optional: Camel or Horse Ride). Following by Visit the necropolis of Sakkara, used as a cemetery for thousands of years, and still hides many secrets in the desert sand. The Pyramid at Sakkara is one of the oldest stone structures in the world. It was built during the Third Dynasty (about 2630 BC) for King Djoser and its construction was overseen by his vizier Imhotep. Breakfast on board and check out. Early morning, road by private vehicle to Abu Simbel (approx. 4 hours’ drive). Arrival in Abu Simbel, Visit the impressive temples of Ramses II and his wife, Nefertari. These extraordinary structures carved into the cliff, were dismantled and transported to their present site in 1960 because they were threatened with inundation by rising waters of Lake Nasser. They were rebuilt identically on an artificial hill a little more towards the interior. After the visits, back to Aswan. Afternoon free at leisure at Aswan. End of day, transfer to Aswan Train Station for take the First Class Sleeper Train go to Cairo. Dinner and overnight in train.

Morning, arrival to Giza Train Station, welcome by our representative then Visit the National Museum of Antiquities including the treasures range from the prehistoric age to the Roman period. You will see among others the famous treasure of Tutankhamen. It houses over 250,000 pieces, is one of the largest museums in the world. It allows visitors to discover the history of ancient Egypt through five millennia. Then, Visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, with in its enclosure the mosque of Mohamed Ali. The citadel was built on the hills in 1183 AD Moqattam overlooking the whole city was a point of defense against the Crusaders.
